They redirect you to our website. We also have affiliate partners who help us promote the event. They will redirect you for ticket purchase to our website.

What are this year's ticket prices?

Round 1: 90 Euro + Booking Fee (Limited 300 tickets)
Round 2: 120 Euro + Booking Fee (Limited 700 tickets)
Round 3: 140 Euro + Booking Fee (Limited 1000 tickets)

The number of tickets in each category is limited. When Round 1 is sold out we move to Round 2 and further to Round 3.The Country that we have chosen to receive free entrance in 2019 is Australia! Please email us for instructions on how to get your ticket.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent automatically to each ticket owner by email from our ticketing partner Xing.com. If you have not received it within minutes please check your spam folder and if it is still not there, please contact Xing.com.

For the option ‘Custom payment methods’ (Bitcoin or money transfer to the Artlabs account) you will receive your e-ticket once we have the confirmation that your funds have arrived. You can accelerate the confirmation process by following up with us via e-mail after you have made the transaction. In the e-mail please provide your BTC wallet or payment confirmation.

Do children need a ticket?

Attendees must be 18 years and older. All under-aged attendees must be accompanied by their parents. Children aged 14 and under are allowed to enter the Festival free of charge, but need to be registered via e-mail.

Will there be tickets available at the gate?

If we do not sell out the presale tickets, we will offer tickets at the gate. The price will be announced on our website and social media pages.

Can I buy a ticket for only 1 day / 2 days / 3 days, etc.?

No, only full festival tickets are available at this moment.

Is my ticket transferable?

Yes, you can change the nominal holder of the ticket online through Xing.com support team. Please visit www.en.xing-events.com. Upon arrival at the Festival, your E-tickets will be accepted only in combination with a valid ID / passport which must match the name on your E-ticket. We do not accept a written mandate to transfer personalized tickets.

What is included in the price of the ticket?

Access to all the programs, workshops, activities, cinema, camping.

Do I need to purchase a vehicle pass?

If you are bringing your vehicle to Transylvania Calling (including cars, motorbikes, RVs and campervans) you will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass to gain entry into the festival. Vehicle Passes cost EUR 30 for a car/motorbike and EUR 50 for a RV/campervan. If you do not purchase your Vehicle Pass online then you will need to purchase one from the box office at EUR 40 for a car/motorbike or EUR 65 for a RV/campervan.

I have applied to be a volunteer. Do I need to purchase a ticket?

If your volunteer application has been successful the Volunteer Coordinator will contact you in how to access your volunteer ticket which is issued after you have received confirmation. If you are waiting for confirmation you may wish to purchase a ticket to ensure you don't miss out if your application is unsuccessful.

Do I get a free ticket if it’s my birthday during the festival?

No, but if you bring 10 guests to celebrate with you, who purchase a ticket, you will receive a ticket for free. Please let us know in advance and we will share with you an affiliate link.
